Aminata Diagne, Associate Project Manager

Aminata Diagne is motivated by a passion for affordable housing construction. She enjoys improving processes to enhance efficiency and generate better outcomes for clients and communities. In her role as associate project manager, Aminata provides administrative support to HDC’s housing and facilities development team and assists projects at every phase of the development process. Prior to joining HDC in December 2022, Aminata managed construction logistics and operations for Los Angeles’s leading builder of accessory dwelling units. Previously, as construction project manager with Good Seed Community Development Corporation, she coordinated new and rehab construction projects and managed residential operations and maintenance for shelters and facilities serving homeless youth in South Los Angeles. Aminata brings additional experience in commercial property management, program management, and community engagement in the public, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors. She holds a Master of Public Policy & Administration, Urban Affairs from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management & Leadership from Dominican University of California.
