We define affordable housing asset management as the establishment of a strong foundation of financial and operational oversight of an organization’s affordable housing portfolio and a crisp vision of long-term portfolio goals, from development to recapitalization. HDC acts as a partner in this pursuit, offering services to help housing owners save time and money and improve property performance.
