Blair Schaeffer-Bisht, Associate Project Manager
Working across HDC’s development and asset management teams, Blair Schaeffer-Bisht supports owners to create and maintain operationally healthy affordable housing communities. Blair brings more than a decade of experience in program management and project management in nonprofit and public settings to her role at HDC. Prior to joining HDC in December 2021, she served as a senior project manager at Worksystems, Inc., the workforce development nonprofit serving Multnomah and Washington counties, where she managed employment programs with a focus on systems alignment between housing and workforce development. Previously, Blair worked as a public grants administrator in Washington County and managed the Neighborhood Stabilization Program at NeighborWorks Orange County, collaborating with a consortium of nonprofit partners to turn foreclosed and vacant properties into homes with forgivable loans for low-income and moderate-income households. Blair holds a master’s in urban and regional planning and a bachelor’s in international relations from University of California, Irvine.
