Chelsea Lancaster, Operations Manager
Chelsea is thrilled to serve an organization that believes housing is a human right. As operations manager at HDC, Chelsea manages technology and supports HDC’s administrative and financial operations. She ensures staff have access to the technology tools and support they need, manages systems to keep the HDC office running smoothly, assists the director of finance and operations with administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities, and provides customer service to the public. A member of the HDC team since December 2021, Chelsea brings a decade of experience in office management and customer service and has worked in settings such as a family farm, a law firm, and a 150-member coworking community. She holds a bachelor’s in environmental studies from University of Oregon.
