Julie Proksch, Director of Real Estate Development

Julie Proksch is a listener, learner, and relationship builder who collaborates with her clients and team members to solve tricky problems and achieve multidimensional goals. As director of real estate development at HDC, Julie leads an interdisciplinary team of consultants to manage the financing and construction of affordable housing and community facility development projects. A member of HDC’s management team, Julie shares responsibility for managing HDC’s financial and operational health and ensuring the organization achieves its strategic objectives. A licensed architect in Oregon who joined HDC in 2018, Julie has 25 years of experience managing and designing residential and commercial real estate developments. She enjoys supporting her clients to navigate the many details of developing a successful project. Julie holds a bachelor’s in architecture from University of Oregon.
