Lynn Lindgren, Senior Construction Project Manager

Lynn Lindgren enjoys assisting clients to develop and build projects that provide a place for individuals to flourish, families to grow, and communities to come together. As senior construction project manager for HDC, Lynn manages collaborative processes to address challenges such as designing senior housing to enable aging in place and creating shared ownership structures for multipartner mixed-use projects. A licensed architect in Oregon and California, Lynn has 20 years of experience managing and designing residential and commercial development projects. Prior to joining HDC in 2017, Lynn provided construction due diligence and project monitoring for affordable and market-rate housing and commercial developments as a senior project assessor at Partner Engineering and Science. Lynn has provided project design and construction management services for residential and commercial developments as an independent consultant; helped to create marketing and economic-development strategies for municipalities in the Western United States; and worked as an architect and project manager for architectural firms in Portland, Ore., Missoula, Mont. and Pasadena, Calif. Lynn holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in architecture from Montana State University.
