Slide Presentation: Multifamily Housing Solutions Using Modular Construction

Recently, I’ve been speaking to groups about my experiences using modular construction to build multifamily housing. The presentation is oriented toward housing owners, construction and design professionals, and lenders. It gives a brief overview of what modular construction is, how the modular construction process works, and how multifamily-housing development teams can prepare to navigate the process successfully. It also contains lots of photos of multifamily developments, complete and under construction, that started life in a modular construction plants.
