Four amazing organizations and individuals supported HDC’s work with generous donations in fall and winter 2023-24.

With its donation to HDC’s Build the Bench fundraising campaign, Enterprise Community Partners will help HDC to train and mentor rising affordable housing developers on our team, who in turn will invest their talents with nonprofits that create and sustain community-based housing.

U.S. Bank and its Community Possible grant program awarded funds to support HDC's general operations, including our Build the Bench initiative. This gift will help us partner with community-based nonprofits across Oregon to envision, develop, and sustain affordable homes and community places in 2024.

The OCF Joseph E. Weston Public Foundation awarded funds to support HDC’s general operations. The Joseph Weston Foundation has been a stalwart supporter of HDC’s work for years, helping us to provide needed services, not funded by fees, that strengthen community-based affordable housing providers and our whole industry.

The Oregon Community Foundation and its Oregon Impact Fund made a large capital award to HDC Community Fund. The low-interest loan will help HDC Community Fund provide larger-sized loans, so that more of our nonprofit partners can get needed affordable housing developments off the ground.
