HDC welcomes Aminata Diagne as Associate Project Manager!

HDC is thrilled to welcome Aminata Diagne to our staff. In her role as associate project manager, Aminata will provide administrative support to our housing and facilities development team and assist projects at every phase of development. Motivated by a passion for affordable housing construction, Aminata enjoys improving processes to enhance efficiency and generate better outcomes for clients and communities. We are excited to learn from and make use of her impressive skills, talents, and cross-sector experience in affordable housing construction, operations management, and project management!

More about Aminata: Prior to joining HDC in December 2022, Aminata managed construction logistics and operations for Los Angeles’s leading builder of accessory dwelling units. Previously, as construction project manager with Good Seed Community Development Corporation, she coordinated new and rehab construction projects and managed residential operations and maintenance for shelters and facilities serving homeless youth in South Los Angeles. Aminata brings additional experience in commercial property management, program management, and community engagement in the public, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors. She holds a Master of Public Policy & Administration, Urban Affairs from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management & Leadership from Dominican University of California.
