A major rehab gives Village at Washington Square 30-plus more years of life.

Village at Washington Square provides 26 affordable homes to very-low-income families in Tigard. HDC worked with owner Community Partners for Affordable Housing to refinance the project and to plan and manage a thorough property renovation, which added 30-plus years of durability to the building exteriors and addressed many small upgrade and repair needs.
