HDC's PAMWG team wins Housing Oregon's 2024 Asset Champion Award!

Every month on Zoom, Senior Asset Management Project Manager Liz Winchester and Director of Asset Management Kimberly Taylor (KT) convene asset managers from across our region to learn and connect. Liz and KT are dedicated to the work of building asset management capacity and excellence. Leading the Property and Asset Management Working Group (PAMWG) is an important way they show it.

A well-earned congratulations to Liz and KT for taking home the Asset Champion Award at this year's Housing Oregon Industry Support Conference & Gala in September!

Since 2009, PAMWG has provided peer support to asset managers across Oregon. Facilitated by Housing Development Center, PAMWG connects members from over 35 housing authorities and affordable housing organizations, fostering collaboration and shared learning... The group's monthly meetings have grown in attendance, providing a valuable platform for asset managers to exchange ideas and strengthen their portfolios.
