Thank you, Enterprise, for supporting HDC’s Build the Bench campaign!

As a donor to HDC’s 2025 Build the Bench campaign, Enterprise Community Partners is helping HDC to train and mentor rising affordable housing developers on our team.

Why is this campaign important? Because Oregon’s affordable housing development pipeline has expanded, and there aren’t enough experienced developers to meet demand for their skills.

But this capacity shortage presents an opportunity to grow the skilled and diverse workforce our industry needs. Women and people of color who join HDC’s development team in entry-level positions are receiving enhanced mentorship—while they work with nonprofit housing providers to develop affordable homes for vulnerable families and individuals.
